Applicant proposes to stabilize ~120 feet of the bank of Spring Creek which was damaged during the flood event of January 2006. The home at 1967 Hoen Ave. is threateneed by the undermining of the foundation and the erosion of property between the creek and the house. The project will be to rebuild the bank between the house and the creek and restore a more stable geometry to the creek.
