Document Description
This project consists of alley improvements on a parcel of land (APN 258-034-09) adjacent to Moonlight State Beach. The alley encumbrance on the State's parcel was constructed by the County of San Diego without the State's approval in the 1960s. The parcel has been improved (pathway, vegetation, and beach) by the City under the conditions of the Moonlight State Beach operating agreement between the State and the City for Moonlight Beach in 1989.
