Document Description
This project consists of repairs to phone lines servicing Torrey Pines State Reserve. The repairs include the placement of 8' ground rods and #6 ground wires placed at 7 AT&T pole pedestal locations within the park. The work involves digging a hole ~1'x8' deep at each of the 7 locations. This project may require a "Right of Entry Permit."
