The work authorized by this Agreement is limited to: 1) installing 4 log groins on the east bank of Singer Creek for the purpose of controlling erosion, 2) excavating within the 100-year floodplain in order to create seasonal wetland and marsh habitats, 3) installing 3 rock weirs to allow to facilitate water flow between Singer Creek and seasonal wetland habitats, and 4) planting California native vegetation along the banks and within the 100-year floodplain of Singer Creek.
