The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to remove the bridge lost in the February 15th, 2005 storm event from 2,000 yards downstream. The Operator plans to install two temporary bridges on drainages to Piru Creek using fill and culverts. No native vegetation will be removed. SAA #: 1600-2005-0319-R5.
