The applicant will be developing a comprehensive Integrated Coastal Watershed Management Plan. The applicant will conduct a detailed assessument and outreach related to stormwater management facilities, specifically municipal runoff facilities and septic systems, that have potential to deliver human sources of pollution to surface waters. The project will also include conducting a watershed-level assessment for four key Areas of Special Biological Significance.
