The Nature Conservancy (TNC), in collaboration with the Department, is proposing to implement a habitat restoration and outdoor recreation facility development project on two parcels known as the Singh Unit and Nicolaus property (collectively, the Singh and Nicolaus Project, or project site) along the Sacramento River within and adjacent to BSRSP, west of the City of Chico.
