CDFW has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0080-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Alan Wolken at the City of Richmond.
The project is limited to the daylighting of approx. 900 linear feet of Baxter Creek and construction of a meandering channel with a riparian area, culvert improvements and trail construction.
