Document Description
The City of San Pablo (CSP) Division of Public Works (DPW) engaged Ratcliff Architects to develop a program and planning criteria for a new Corporation Yard Facility at a City-owned two-acre site on Rumrill Boulevard (corner of California Avenue). Through a series of meetings with DPW and the Design Team, the operational goals of the DPW at this location were studied and prioritized. The net square footage of the proposed structures will be 45,050. These structures will include administrative offices, crew area, workshops and storage shops, yard storage areas, enclosed and cover parking areas and open parking.
