Document Description
The proposed project is the phased development of medical facilities and a hospital, including a heliport at the Sutter Health Elk Grove Medical Campus. There are eight phases of development summarized as follows: Phase I-a new 8,000sq.ft. ambulatory surgery center; Phase II-a new 40,000sq.ft. medical office building and 12,000sq.ft. medical office building; Phase III-a 68 bed hospital; Phase IV-a new 40,000sq.ft. medical office building; Phase V-a new 20,000sq.ft. retail/complementary uses/medical offices building; Phase VI-a new 40,000sq.ft. medical office building; Phase VII-a new 40,000sq.ft. medical office building; and Phase VIII-the expansion of the hospital to a total of 99 beds and potential additional expansions. Total square footage of phase I through VIII is ~393,000 sq.ft.
