Document Description
The Brentwood Boulevard Specific Plan, which would encompass approximately 310 acres, would include up to 1,992 residential dwelling units of various densities and would provide approximately 3,500 retail, office, and industrial jobs. The proposed project area includes 103.59 acres of land designated for Commercial/Office/Industrial/Residential (COIR), 79.88 acres designated for Mixed-Use (Commercial, Office, and Industrial), 29 acres designated for General Commercial, and 5.65 acres of land designated for Open Space and Parks. In addition, the proposed project would include the construction of any infrastructure improvements that are necessary to accommodate the new development. The project applicant is requesting certification of the Recirculated Draft EIR, approval of a General Plan Amendment to redesignate the entire BBSP area as Brentwood Boulevard Specific Plan and approval of the BBSP, and approval of a rezone of certain parcels within the BBSP area to conform to the BBSP.
