The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0070-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, MJM Engineering.
The project proposes to alter the land to accomodate 11 single family lots within 4 parcels. A 26 foot wide road will be installed and a swale will be impacted.
