The project will involve changing the point of effluent discharge from surface water discharge to land disposal. Additionally, the project will involve constructing wetlands, a pump station, a system control and data acquisition system and an irrigation system, upgrading the existing mechanical headworks, installing a second aeration lagoon, and purchasing 312 acres of land for land application.
