Document Description
The purpose of the project is to change the wastewater disposal method used by the Maxwell Public Utilities District in order to comply with National Pollution Discharge Elimination Permit No. CA0079987, Time Schedule Order No. R5-2007-0073 and the California Toxics Rule. The proposed project is based on the beneficial use of recycled water for irrigation and the beneficial use of recycled water for irrigation and the beneficial application of bisolids as an organic soil amendment that are generated from the wastewater treatment facility that serves the Maxwell Public Utilities District.
