Proposal to construct a storm water detention basin to hold less than 50 acre feet; total water surface area of 10 acres on a 24 acre site (portion of 60 acre property owned by City of Vacaville). A 13 foot high berm will be constructed on the east side of the basin to provide detention; no excavation in or on other sides of basin proposed. Project involves fill of jurisdictional wetlands totaling less than 0.1 acre.
