The 7b at the Grove IS was prepared to analyze the potential environmental impacts from future development of approximately 4 acres of the site surrounding the 7th Fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. The Project site is generally located in central Mammoth Lakes north of Meridian Boulevard, east of Minaret Road and south of Main Street. The Project site is currently designated as the Lodestar Master Plan (LMP) Area 4 and proposed Sierra Star Master Plan (SSMP) Area 2D.
