Document Description
Project will construct 49 miles of new 500 kV electric transmission line and 7 miles of new 230 kV line in Los Angeles County. The CPUC published an addendum to the project EIR, changing its selected alternative and findings to include the Chino Hills Underground section alternative (and dropping the previously approved Chino Hills overhead alternative). The State Water Board has issued an amended CWA Section 401 water quality certification which addresses these changes to the Project.
