Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2014-0117-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: ORE Industrial, represented by Mr. Tim Howard, 155 North Riverview Drive, City of Anaheim Hills, State of California, 92828. The Perris Valley Logistics Center Project is limited to the development of a 1,611,000 square foot commercial logistics center within the 93-acre site. The building will consist of a concrete tilt-up structure supported by a conventional slab-on-grade foundation system with perimeter-spread footings and isolated interior footings. In addition, two detention basins will be built with the southern basin as a sand filter.
