Document Description
Development Plan Review 07-07-0029 to develop a 1,608,322 sf industrial complex comprised of 5 buildings on 93.2 acres located at the southeasterly corner of Markham Street and Brennan Avenue. To facilitate the proposal Tentative Parcel Map 36010 (TPM 08-08-0002) is proposing to restructure lot lines and vacate streets to create 5 individual parcels for each of the buildings. Parking spaces are placed throughout the site with 2 access points from Markham Street and 2 access points from Indian Avenue. The buildings range in size from 92,000 sf to 1,100,000 sf, with building height varying from 41 ft to 44 ft. All truck doors will be screened from public right-of-way through the use of block walls and landscape screening.
