Document Description
The proposed construction consists of approximately 1,611,000 square feet on the approximately 90 acre subject property. Other improvements would consist of property line screen walls, concrete or asphalt pavement, project required street improvements, and landscaping. The building would consist of a concrete tilt-up structure supported by a conventional slab-on-grade foundation system with perimeter-spread footings and isolated interior footings. The project would have primary and secondary access from Markham Street and Indian Avenue.
