Document Description
Site Development Permit (SDP) and release of community development block grant funding in the amount of $500,000 for replacement of an existing "soft camp": on a 12.85-acre leasehold with a permanent camp and associated improvements. The proposed camp would consist of a two-story central lodge (7,755 square feet), a one-story nature center and one-story caretaker's cabin (2,942 square feet each), six two-story cabins (2,942 square feet each), a meeting circle, "swimming hole," basketball court, and archery range, as well as 4.1 acres of offsite improvements. The 12.85-acre leasehold is leased to the applicant by the City of San Diego.
