CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2007-0180-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rancho California Water District, represented by Mr. Andrew Webster, 42135 Winchester Road, City of Temecula, State of California, 92590, Phone (951) 296-6900. The Applicant is proposing to excavate a 64-foot wide trench to install 14,000 linear feet of 48-inch diameter water transmission pipeline and supporting infrastructure. During the placement of the transmission pipeline, the Applicant proposes to cross Temecula Creek six times.
