Document Description
The Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District proposes to construct and operate a system of recycled water pipelines and associated structures to support its planned recycled water distribution capability. The system would include non-potable water in addition to recycled water from the City of Beaumont's wastewater treatment facility No. 1 to parks, playgrounds, golf courses, school yards, medians, freeway landscaping and other uses in the District service area as allowed by Title 22.
