The San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) Final FEIS/R has been prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Final PEIS/R, which includes and incorporates the entirety of the Draft PEIS/R, evaluates alternative ways to implement the Proposed Action (the Proposed Project under CEQA).
