Document Description
The Redlands Crossing Center consists of approximately 275,500 square feet of commercial retail uses on approximately 33.5 acres at the southeast corner of Tennessee Street and San Bernardino Avenue west of the future New York Avenue. Additionally, there are approximately 7.8 acres east of the future New York Avenue which will be rough-graded with the Project, but developed as a separate phase, and approximately 4.4 acres that will be dedicated as roadway right-of-way. The Project includes a Wal-Mart Supercenter, with all appurtenant structures and facilities, nine out-parcels, and a parcel of land set aside for stormwater detention/retention.
