The new Center for Applied Technology (CAT) building will be located on the existing satellite campus, which Hartnell College is currently occupying. The project will be located on 4.90 acres of existing campus. The existing east campus site has existing paved driveways and 86 existing marked surface parking spaces. The new project will create 130 new parking spaces for the east campus. All areas will be upgraded to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
