Document Description
The Change of Zone proposes to change the current zoning classification on the northern half of the project site from Multiple Family Dwellings (R-2) and General Commercial (C-1/C-P) to Residential Agricultural - 1 Acre Minimum (R-A-1). In addition, the change of zone would also change the current zoning classification on the southern parcel from One Family Dwelling (R-1) to One Family Dwellings - 20,000 Acre Minimum (R-1-20,000). The Tentative Tract Map is a Schedule B subdivision of 10.09 gross acres into 13 residential lots and one detention basin. The minimum lot size permitted shall be one gross acre on lots 1-5 and 20,000 net square feet on lots 6-13. Currently existing on the project site is a single-family residence which shall remain.
