Document Description
The Change of Zone proposes to change the zoning classification on the northern half of the project site from Multiple Family Dwellings (R-2) and General Commercial (C-1/C-P) to Residential Agricultural (R-A-1) (One acre minimum). In addition, the change of zone would also change the current zoning classification on the southern parcel from One Family Dwelling (R-1) to One Family Dwelling (R-1-20,000). The Tract Map proposes a Schedule B subdivision of 10.09 gross acres into 13 residential lots with a minimum lot size of 0.5 gross acres. The site also includes a detention basin.
