Document Description
The project is a proposal to revise the El Sobrante Landfill Solid Waste Facility Permit to: 1) Extend the hours at the gate for waste delivery by four (4) hours, thus allowing for acceptance of material for a continuous 24-hour period; (2) Change the maximum disposal tonnage limits from a daily limit of 10,000 tons per day (tpd) to a weekly limit of 70,000 tons per week.
