Document Description
The proposed project involves the redevelopment of an approximately 1.3-acre site located at 7141-7155 Santa Monica Boulevard and 1107-1117 Detroit Street in the City of West Hollywood with up to 140 residential units and approximately 9,017 square feet of retail/commercial uses. Demolition of six industrial and commercial buildings currently on the site (39,500 total square feet) and asphalt parking lots would be required to allow for development of the proposed project. The proposed residential and retail components would include a mix of retail/restaurant and residential uses on the ground floor and the remaining residential units above. The proposed project would be a maximum of six stories above grade (a maximum of 72 feet in height plus architectural features) and would have a maximum floor area of 158,466 square feet (3:1 floor-to-area ratio).
