The applicant's proposed project is part of the development of the El Camino Executive Center Project and will include grading and fill to accommodate the installation of a culvert and a storm drain outfall structure within the streambed of an unnamed tributary to Buena Vista Creek, impacting 0.02 acre of unvegetated streambed. Project elements include: installation of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, 6 inches wide and ~25 ft long; installation of a headwall and placement of 290 sf of rip rap; and construction of keystone wall.
