Document Description
The project consists of two entitlement components, the Development Plan (D-23-06) and Variance (V-1-07), for the development of a two story 32,616 square foot commercial office building, with one level of parking below the first story. A total of 71 parking spaces (both surface parking and the below building parking) will accommodate the building. The proposed development will be clustered entirely in the southern corner of the site in order to avoid impacts to the native habitat on the property. Approximately three quarters of the site will be preserved as open space in association with the proposed project.
