The proposed Remedial Action project would be implemented under the direction of the State of California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25355 (a)(1)(C).
Document Description
A determination by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) that 1) activities contained i a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) approved by DTSC in February 2007, and analyzed in a previously approved Negative Declaration have been successfully implemented; and 2) the addition of 20,000 gallons of calcium polysulfide solution will enhance the effectiveness of groundwater remediation efforts being undertaken at the site. The RAP is being implemented under the direction of DTSC pursuant to authority contained in Chapter 6.5 of the California Health and Safety Code.
