Document Description
The project is a proposal to construct a 678,275 sq. ft. building as a warehouse/distribution facility with a small office area and a cross-dock loading configuration. The maximum height of the proposed building would not exceed 40 ft. The existing topography of the site would be modified substantially, with approximately 200,000 cubic yards of soil to be exported. The approximately 34.8-acre project site is located at the southeast corner of Palm Avenue and Industrial Parkway, southwest of the I-215 / Palm Avenue interchange Assessor's Parcel No. 266-041-62.
