Document Description
The Project consists of construction of 211 single-family residential lots with associated roads, culverts, and utilities. Offsite Project areas include road improvements along Watson Road, SR 74, and Sultanas Road, and the
construction of new roads along the eastern project boundary. An existing six-inch sewer line will be replaced with an eight-inch line along Sultanas Road to the south of SR-74.
