Document Description
The District has regulatory authority over stationary sources of air pollution in the San Francisco Bay Area. Regulation 9, Rule 8 regulates emissions of oxides of nitrogen and carbon monoxide from stationary internal combustion engines. The rule fulfills the District's commitment to control these sources under its SB 656 Implementation Schedule and implments further study measure FS-15 from the Bay Area 2005 Ozone Strategy.
