Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lakeview Builders Incorporated. The applicant proposes to place ~5,000 cubic yards of fill material in two separate locations to construct a road, and remove the existing chain-link fence to construct a 5- to 7-foot high by 8- to 12-inch thick masonry wall for ~75 feet along the top of the creek bank near the entrance.
