Construction of a railcar free-span bridge across a seasonal reach of Pine Ridge Canyon Creek. The proposed bridge will have the abutments constructed above the level of top-of-bank and will be designed to pass the 100 year flow unimpeded. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0224-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
