Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to build four signs for RV and car sales on 12.42 +/- gross acres in the GC (General Commercial) zone and Special Sign Corridor. The signs will vary in signage area from 50 +/- to 197 +/- square feet with a height of 25 +/- feet. Additionally, typical light pole market banner signs will be allowed for tenant dealers to define their individual spaces.
