A total of 14 existing deteriorated portable classrooms will be removed and replaced with a single-story five-classroom building to accommodate third grade students in addition to new music, art, and science classrooms, a small multi-purpose structure, and a preschool. Upgrades to eating areas, reconfigured parking and circulation to facilitate traffic with same frontage, covered walkways, and renovated play fields, and improved fire access.
