Caltrans proposes to rehab and lengthen service life of the number one and two lanes. The proposed project will rehab the roadway and reconstruct the number three lane, diamond groove PCC pavement, and cold plane outside shoulders and adding three dowels in each wheel path. Preliminary design features involved: grinding, disposal/borrow site, equipment staging area, drainage/culverts, ramp closure, and night work.
