Project involves resurfacing of horse racetrack by replacing the present dirt surface with a synthetic surface and associated storm water drainage system. A portion of the existing parking lot will be used for construction activities and temporary storage of excavated soils (12,100 cubic yards) and synthetic material. No change in land use will occur. The project is located adjacent to Codornices Creek and the Bay.
