Document Description
At Devil's Gulch Horse Group Camp #1 at Samual P. Taylor State Park, replace a vault restroom with a prefabricated two-room 15' x 12' precast cement building. This building meets the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), is vandal resistant, and requires no utilities. ADA-compliant parking will be provided. No tree or other significant vegetation removal is needed and with exception of the excavation for the vault, the project will require minimal site preparation. Although completely concrete, the finished building will have the appearance of wood siding and shingle roof.
