Document Description
In recent years, the Gem Lake Dam has been observed to have increasing instances of leakage. The leaks observed are compromising the capacity of the dam to divert water. Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes to install a geomembrane liner along the upstream face of the dam to block current leaks and prevent future leaks. Additionally, deteriorated concrete in several arches will be repaired concurrently with the geomembrane installation.
