Document Description
The work under this Agreement is limited to: (1) excavating up to 5,000 cubic yards of gravel overburden adjacent to the low flow channel for use on access roads within the property owner's lands; and (2) placing gravel excavated from areas adjacent to the low flow channel against eroding banks on the north and south sides of the creek in order to discourage further erosion.
