Document Description
The purpose of this project is to develop a watershed plan to protect the San Diego Marine Life Refuge and the San Diego-La Jolla Ecological Reserve, two areas of Special Biological Significance (ASBS). The plan is addressing urban runoff and stormwater pollutants that discharge from the watershed. The plan also is developing frameworks for the monitoring marine ecosystems and for information management to better manage ASBS issues.
