After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the CEQA, pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of the construction of an accessory structure to an existing building and Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of the minor alteration of an existing private structure.
