Document Description
The proposed Project includes construction of a boat launch ramp, additional parking, additional restrooms, lighting, and signage. The Project site is located within the City of Antioch, County of Contra Costa. The marina is located at the terminus of "L" Street on the southern shoreline of the San Joaquin River at the Barbara Price Marina Park, one mile north of State Highway 4- latitude 38 degrees, 01', 05"N; longitude 121 degrees, 48', 57"W. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0468-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Philip L. Harrington, City of Antioch.
