Document Description
The project consists of 222 senior assisted living rental units located on 8.5 acres of the 18.5 acre property. The remainder of the property (10.3 acres) would remain vacant and reserved for future development. The senior assisted units will be located within a single building that also provides designated areas for community, media, fitness, library, great room, and staff offices. The building would be circular in design and provide a central courtyard area. The proposed project would consist of the following: Boundary Line Adjustment/Lot Merger to merge two parcels and adjust one lot line and a Design Review for the construction of a 222 unit senior residential facility.
