Document Description
CDFw has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0053-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Zinfandel Development LLC, as represented by Mr. Stefan Horstschraer. Project is limited to the construction of an arch culvert spanning an unnamed ephemeral tributary to Little Indian Creek, with concrete footings placed outside of the channel on either side of the bank, and the construction of a four-way intersection over the culvert. The culvert will be composted of thirty individual pre-manufactured chambers, and will be constructed in a way that will allow utility pipes to pass over the culvert and under the road. The arch culvert and intersection will shade approx. 220 linear feet and 0.014 acre of the unnamed ephemeral stream, and one coast live oak tree and two saplings will be removed.
